Got a call from Wholesale Tools. He explained the situation with the collets and that I could return them for a full refund and wait for the RDX precision collets that I ordered to arrive which would be the May time frame. I told him I really didn't care what brand they were as long as they met the spec for the run-out of the RDX precision collets. I told him I'd like to hang on to the ones they sent and do some measurements and if they met the spec I'd keep them. He gave me 60 days to do the measurements so I think that's very fair. Two thumbs up for their customer service.
