I'll wait until something breaks before I send it in for warranty. Customers have to pay the return shipping to send it back to them for warranty work. And I don't want to chance losing another $41 right now that I paid for the engraving I had done. Custom orders can't be returned or exchanged, so if they replaced it they would want to charge me again to engrave the replacement. No bueno!
