There was some grunting involved.
I cleared the top of one of my mobile tool trolleys, slid the overarm off the bench onto the trolley and off the trolley onto the mill table, used the gantry to get the heavy end of the overarm up onto the vice, then used my immense upper body strength to stand it upright. Easy-peasy. Not.
I initially stood it upright on the mill table and tried to choke it with a sling to lift up to the vice with the gantry, but the darn thing is such a slipper shape I couldn't reliably choke it. I should probably drill and tap some holes in the back end for a couple of lifting eyes, might still be worth doing cos it's got to go up into the dovetails when it's all done.
