A little more progress,
Made the adjusting screw. Wanted to use an allen key to adjust it but haven't built a rotary broach yet, so did the next best thing. Bored a recess in the screw and silver soldered the head of a cap screw in. Haven't decided if I'll bother putting graduations on the head or not. The thread is 20 tpi or .05 change in radius per turn.

Had a tool holder blank that was big enough to bore for the rotating shaft. Tough mystery metal I used, just loves to work harden what ever it is.
