Self setting parallels for the drilling vice

My vise jaws are the same length as my parallels. I've used the metal strapping used to hold bricks together with good success. Simply bend it into a "z" shape and it will keep the parallels pressed firmly against the jaws.
Certainly not as refined as yours Harold but it works for me.
