I'm with Tom on this one. I envisage using eye bolts that'll fit your t-nuts, long enough to accomodate a washer on the top of the table and a countertightened nut above the washer. Reef down the counter nut and the tee slot won't be damaged and the eye bolt WON'T move.
Eye bolts large enough for your Tee nuts would be strong enough to lift the whole mill let alone the table.
