My apologies for not keeping up with this thread.
however the situation to date is that i cut the first accessory shaft gear and found that the cutter was marked No 5 was in fact a No 7
This rather changed things as i now must wait for the replacement. The vendor suddenly ran out of stock??
So i have continued with the other sections at the rear of the case.
Further work has also been done on the belt sprockets using the faulty accessory shaft as a dummy.
The slackness of the belt is due to the absence of the cylinder head & cylinder base gaskets also the position of the belt pensioner has yet to be determined, but over all I am very happy with the result.
