The most commonly accepted definition of SPAM is the distribution (by email or through post, comments etc) of unsolicited content, which is predominantly of a commercial nature.
Is the fact that the OP included the URL for a commercial welding training provider what leads you to suspect he is a spammer Bob? I'm just trying to better understand your reasoning, as it appears from your comments that the issue is that he posted the same post on multiple sites.
I've asked the exact same question on more than one forum on multiple occasions. Does that make me a spammer? I thought it was a smart way to increase the number of answers that I receive. There are several members on here, who contribute a lot to this forum, who have identical posts on other web sites. Should we ban them, as spammers as well?
