Dressing a wheel

I had figured there may be a 'dig in' risk but on a machine that is designed to take minuscule amounts off I'd expect that this wouldn't be such an issue but I've never run one before.

I've watched Ken use one but I didn't really pay any attention to the dressing part, as I figured that I'd never find a surface grinder here that didn't cost more than the car I drive... I guess I'll have to pay him another visit
