I made these some time ago but don't think I ever posted pics of them. A couple of small ball bearing roller assemblies for checking the straightness / run-out of small rods or shafting, small 2-stroke crankshafts, electric motor rotors/armatures etc. I have even used them to balance my lawnmower blades with an arbor. 
I just got the material for building a larger set in steel instead of aluminum, and using larger bearings for more heavy duty applications. Now I just need the free time to do it....
