That was a nasty tip-over. It's amazing just the one handle needed to be replaced. It would have been trash if the casting had cracked.
When the driver was putting it on the lift gate, I told him that it was the scariest part. He said if it falls of the company buys me a new mill. I'm glad it didn't come to that.

I could tell by the way it was strapped and by the way the pallet gave way that it was a "soft impact" otherwise I would have refused it without question. It actually must have just layed over fairly gently and wedged itself against the sidewall of the truck.
I will admit though, once we got it stood back up and moved to the lift gate my butt puckered when the driver put the weight of that thing on what I thought to be a questionable lift gate. I finally took a breath once it was on the ground.
