Thanks again Bob. I am going to follow your advise and just use a felt tip marker for color. Just easier and less chance of damaging anything. It's not going to be a show piece or anything.
Good tip about not over oiling anything as well. I have some good clock oil here. Using a half-drop will lube the entire works and it won't dry out and get gummy like a lot of "regular" oil will.
