Made this fixture in acrylic. The holes are 0.05mm smaller than the wheels. The fit is so tight that I've trouble removing the wheels after the job was done. Ended up reworking the fixture by drilling though holes into each of them. A little tedious having to pop each out from the bottom as I'll have to re-indicate in the fixture after each set of 10 (now 5 for test purpose).
The zero'ing is now using the centre hole of the wheel with the Mach 3 touch off script written by someone whose name I can remember. Great guy he is to share his work freely. From the first hole, I'm thinking of using the work offset to locate the rest. Still reading on how to use that. Anyone can share?
