What should be the allowance for press fitting?

So, Dave, Thumbsup as you calculated, 0.05 to 0.10mm was good for press fitting allowance for, this mating, Brass and stainless...
Yes, John, we keep keeping the old stuff, thinking that someday might come of need,.. all end up with boxes of things, piling on us, Sweat shop looks like a junk yard. tried many attempts to clean out, but end up sorting the stuff, never beared to throw away.

Now, I have to fix close fitting Crank disk pins. Rolleyes they are little too lose to my like(ing). both hole and the pins are exact 3mm dia. but they are just lose... when the rots connected, it will not stay on for long.
