The material was more suitable for a dolls pram than a bed
My son is a big bloke but even so
I welded a couple of lengths of 3/4 angle around the bent remains
Thinking that "nothing to strong ever broke"

Aah the good old days when you could go to the scrap yard & buy bed iron & build yourself a trailer & yes some of it was rock hard but we built trailers ok,scrappies won't let you in now [unless your well in with 'em!!][Image: thumbsup.gif] btw I enjoyed the pleasure of your company on saturday John.
