Stock racks...what do you use?

I didn't know how to stick weld. I can gas weld (oxy-acetaline) but that is completely different.
I still find it hard to see where I am welding using 'stick' this new welding helmet has helped - well sometimes I can see and sometimes I can't still isn't 100%.
