Plenty of suppliers of files in the USA  search "parallel machine files"  

My machine takes compression and tension files , the compression files are mounted in a quick change cat head .




A sawing shot using a 20 thou saw blade .



Same blade cut 1/4 steel no problem .




or you can stick any size old hacksaw blade in .



Also can be used for lapping , all in all a canny bit of kit .
