The screw you should be using for an ISO standard 10mm RCxT10M0 insert would be an M3.5x7 (or longer), which would have a 60º head taking an T15 (Torx) or T15IP (Torx Plus) wrench/screwdriver.

There's a VERY good chance I've got something for you. I'll check and get back to within a couple of hours. I'm away from my shop but should be going over there later this afternoon.
