32x40 H Gas Engine

When I cut the material for the rod I ended up with a piece just the right size for the intermediate gear.
so I set about making a No1 mod gear cutter.

   

   

Tested it against the lathe gear's,

   

then cut a gear,

   

It seems to run Ok with the lathe gear, Well we will see when the others are made.

   

Well that gives me the next job

Once more in to the chips dear friends.
