Are you measuring neck thickness variation at all? What kind of average are you getting? Also, are you turning or reaming the case necks before sizing? Nice job of extracting that stuck case. I'll bet you don't skimp on the lube any more though.
It's not a question of if it will happen to you -- but when it will happen. Once upon a time I thought I could get away with lubing every other case.....
