I think "Made in USA" is the brand name. I've never seen anything that says they actually are made here.
I have other tools made by them though and haven't had any issues with them.
I "bought" a carbide tip half-center on ebay a couple of days ago for $19.95 and the listing showed "10 available". Got an email from the seller yesterday saying they "made an error" with the count, and they didn't have any.
