It's a M7 x 1 thread and I'll be single point threading it. I don't have many dies and the ones I have aren't really any good for cutting threads, only cleaning up existing threads. It's a cheap set of carbon steel tap and dies I got from the home center years ago.

Oh, and the material I'll be threading is 300 series SS.
