It's taken quite a long time for me to get the lead out and build one too Mick.

I'm going to build a jig that goes with it that holds the two ends of the blade and grinds them both to the same angle so the blade doesn't have a hump in it after brazing. I'm going to investigate and see if I can find out what angle blade repair companies use. I don't possess the ability to eyeball the angle close enough to make a perfect fit up.
