Got the barrel looking like a Mk2 Mod 1 barrel today and parted off. I thought about making it look like it had a breech plug without actually making a breech plug, until I realized that i had turned the OD down too far well past the end of the barrel. Oh well, get to learn how to do inside and outside threads. 
The knurling tool got cocked to one side so the knurling got a little ugly, perks of learning how to use my equipment 
The next step is to do some electro-etching so that it looks cool and then it will grace my desk. I plan on making several more. At least one of which will be donated to the EOD Memorial Auction.
