I finally decided to move up to 21st century milling cutters. The ones I had were good and in near-new shape, but I wanted to be using newer technology. I got all these Walter cutters (plus two more) in a package deal of unspeakable value.
Sorry for the crappy late-night photo. I'll get better ones later. The package included, from left, F4080.UB26.075.Z06.04, F4033.UB.064.Z06.06, F2280.UB.064.Z04.04 face mills, and F4042.UB.051.Z07.08 shoulder mill. I actually got two more, a second F2280 like the black one and a cool little F4080.UB.064DC.Z06.03. That one takes a smaller ODxT0504ZZN insert than the ODxT0605ZZN that the two cutters shown use.
I will seek bargains on more R-8 shell mill adapters so I can keep them all mounted and ready to use. No hurry for the amount of milling I really do. I did buy a pack of 10 ODMT0605ZZ-D57 WKP35S inserts off eBay for $70 shipped, that should last me a good long time with 8 edges per insert.
