Its a Phase11 A Type. The common one...

I try when making tools to make them interchangeable, the QCTP is a perfect design for this, for those who don't have one may i suggest you get or build one, there not that hard and would be a worth while project for someone as it would use both a mill and lathe, if you don't have a mill just make a fixture plate for the saddle cross slide for the milling operations.
