Nice improvement Brian.
It seems there would be many good applications for ball bearings and pivot bearings in clocks, but ball bearings are a constant source of discord on the clock forums. Is it just because they are non-traditional? When I get around to building one, it will definitely have a number of ball bearings and pivot bearings in it, at least on the more heavily loaded pivot points.
