While we're on the subject of food.
Went over to a friends and dug up (through frozen ground I might add, -16 celsius tonight) some horse radish. Peeled it then ground it up with vinegar in the blender. Need to get some bottles tomorrow, filled the 8 cup measuring cup.
Now bring on the beef
