Looking good Bill. A couple of questions if I may:
1. Most of these I have seen done elsewhere (and how I plan to do my friend's lathe) attach the motor drive to the end of the leadscrew at the tailstock end. Given that you are mounting to the apron, are going to be driving off of the rack? If so, is there any advantage to this other than reducing leadscrew/half nut wear?
2. Would the conduit be better routed behind the headstock and then under the bed casting?
