advice on moving south bend mill

Does anyone have any ideas on where I could obtain a graduated collar for the right hand side of the table, when they adapted power feed to it they must have tossed it. Id like to put one back on so I have them at both ends of the table.
Aslo, has anyone modified 30nmt tapers to fit this 30mm spindle? They would need to have the set screw pockets cut into them, trying to figure out the best way to do that, curious if anyone has a jig or fixture set up for this, or photos....Thanks
