ER-40 Collet Chuck For My Lathe

So, back to this project. I have a project coming up that I want to use the ER collets on so that's the incentive for getting the chuck mounted to the lathe. After today, I have the next 11 days off of work so it's a perfect time to tackle this chuck installation. Stay tuned. I'm sure I'll have a few questions once I get started.
