Fix a Leaky RF-45 Mill Head - Grizzly G0519
#8
Henry,

My mill did not come with an e-switch and it won't run again until I get one installed. I won't use that wrench again either. I will install a spring loaded lock instead and switch to using ER collets.

I just hope I can get the parts to fix it. It's a recent model from ENCO so I hope the parts will readily available. My boss has a CNC mill so worst case we will make new gears. Sat I hope to finish the teardown so i will know more then.

Both your how-to and Ed's writeup have been very helpfull so far. I will document the gear train rebuild as it progress's.
