I HEARD BACK FROM MARK at ENCO CUSTOMER SERVICE he apologized for the mixup on shipping and has told me they would refund the cost of my grinder back to my credit card. This is much more than I expected and is greatly appreciated. It also shows that ENCO is really concerned with customer satisfaction. I will definitely purchase from them again with confidence, I will just be careful that most items are to be shipped parcel post or if larger by UPS.

Once again thanks ENCO especially MARK in customer service, your grinder in my opinion is a quality piece and "I rate your service and customer satisfaction as a 10 out of 10. tom
