HI all as promist sum pics right i have a lot of difrent hex bar with difrent threds in bothe ends the one in the pic is from 4mm to 5mm thred right turn up your stock in this case its gowing to be a m4 thred wonts threded cut off then put a nut on the stock thred the stock in to the hex bar and use the nut to lock it in place fidel a bawt till you get one of the flats of the nut to be parelel with the cuter when in place chuck the hex bar up and turn the end of the stock flat but leeve a pip in the midel to set the lot on the center line put a pece of rawnd stock in the chuck and put a point on it sumthing in the regen of 3mm di wil be ok if you is posh and dont need to youse shims just put the hex bar in a tool holder and with the ade of the point and the pip ajust till its all on center in my cace i have to yous shims once all on center remove the point and put in your cuter and start milling do a bit at a time you must keep the hex bar paralel to the cuter with the ade of the nut as the sise you need to mill to i all ways leev a bit extra on the bit bin milld for finishing off right pics
