What i ended up doing was to put the lead-screw in the freezer and the bearing under a halogen light for about 15 minutes each.
Popped on just perfectly!!
Well the mill is back together!!!!
Took the whole weekend to put back together...
Now i need to get the VFD and hook it all up!
Will also need to make a mount for the VFD.
Still have the head to disassemble and paint but i want to try it out and see if i need new head bearings as well!
Will be doing a write up with pics soon!!!
