Not sure Ed, but I do know you can't get them from Tools4Cheap.net and CDCO in the smaller sizes. The one in the middle with the T-blade takes 7/8" to 1" tall blades. It's a D40CA-7-71 holder if I recall correctly. The one to the rear is a duplicate of it, though the clamping bar was damaged and my dad made the new one you see in it (not black oxide coated.) The one to the front, right hand side of the photo is the D40CA-7-32 which accepts the taller 32mm (1-1/4") blades.

I want to note that I find this style of holder to be SO MUCH better, more secure and rigid than the Aloris style offerings. Normally I endose Aloris products, but their cutoff blade holders is one design I dislike because of the single-point clamping design. The worst is the standard #7 with the single block clamp and the blade set at an angle. They are used only for the smaller 1/2" and 5/8" HSS blades, and you are constantly readjusting center height every time you resharpen the blade. The style I use affords easy setting and constant/consistent center height.
Look at the Aloris offerings from Jeff's site and see if you might agree.
