i dont know if this helps but ive found pics on google and the best i can do is Eureka tredle from 1880s any other info would be nice

We definitely need bigger pictures to be of any help.

it is made by eureka in 1886 and used to be a treadle lathe which has been converted to motor thats all the info i can find
