The bearing blocks (print 11) will be next. This wooden mockup proves there will not be a problem. Material will be here this week.

All three Bearing Blocks are bolted together. They were squared in the mill then the bearing hole position laid out. Here in the pic it needs only .030 more removed (.015x2). I am letting it cool down to stabilize the dimension. A few thou would make scrap of these.

Billy G, I think I've noticed it before but isn't your turret/QCTP clamping lever sorta in your way? There must be a way to have it pointing towards the tailstock.
Or am I missing something here . Steve

Haven't had a chance to reposition it since O made the new lower plate. It's high enough to clear (1.5") and it keeps my hands out of trouble, I hit that long before the chuck. The camera angle makes it look much lower than it really is.

Time to transfer the mounting holes and get this part done. Still a ways to go yet. Hopefully today.

I started to mount the Table today. Piece of cake.
Ed, there is no need for all those bolts holding the table. I have just the four corners now and it's solid as a rock. I am going to add the center one just to offset the look. You can remove the other holes, just have the center ones and the four corners. You will have to adjust the Trunnion print as well. "Billy G" Thanks given by: EdK

As I said Ed, that many bolts is overkill. This is just four. I will put the one in the center of the other two but it will be just for looks. That's a 1.5" radius on that corner.

The 1.5" radius was out of perspective with the Table Ed. I opened it to 1.750" radius. Looks good now.
