Yes, one on top and one on the bottom for the shafts. The yoke is what transfers the rotary motion to linear motion. It slides up and down. There is a crank pin that does the work.

You lost me Billy. It's the yoke guide that I'm talking about, not the yoke. See attached image. The 2.00 dimension at the bottom. Is that for bolts? There are no notes on the print explaining what that dimension is dimensioning.

Yes, the two inch is the bolt centers. The slot is .250 wide by .375 deep.

Check this out.

I'm getting antsy. Ed finished the prints the other day. There is only one thing left off that I could find. The first print (Trunnion) has the large radius dimension missing. It is 2.5 inches. Here they are. Enjoy, Ed did an extremely professional job on these. Much better than I did.

Thanks Billy.

Here's the corrected drawings. If anyone wants the CAD files rather than the PDFs I can supply them in DXF, DWG and native Solid Edge 2D file formats. Also I can convert them to JPG but you're better off with the PDFs since the JPG resolution kind of sucks.

Hi Ed , canny drawings ,nice going .

There is a measurement on the side plate of 14.625 the hight to the bottom of the chamfer , its not needed , what is is the measurement of 3.25 , the width of the plate .

Just think when someone starts a part the first thing is what materials and what size , size of material required to make the part from . LxWxT

Post not meant as criticism .

Hi Rob,

No worries, I'm glad someone is checking them over. I encourage opinions of the drawings.

Yup, I knew that 14.625 dimension didn't need to be there but I put it on anyway. I've removed it. Good catch on the width of the side. You guess right, it's 3.25.

I didn't list the material on most of the drawings because I think the majority of the parts could be made from either steel or aluminum, with some exceptions.

Updated drawings attached. Keep the critiques coming.  Smile

Ed
