Darren, how come you're blaming Tom for dredging it up? Wasn't it November X-ray? Chin

And Ed, how does someone unregistered get to post anyway? 17428

Steve - Tom was the most recent respondent to this post prior to me, so he put it back on the list (my cursing was completely in jest).

Unregistered users are those who have asked to have their accounts removed (very few) or who have not been active in many months. November X-ray falls into the latter category. He posted in this thread before disappearing.

Scary that this sort of thing is out there on the web. That grind stone will get bound with the aluminium, there is a distinct possibility that the wheel will explode next time it's used for heavy grinding as the surface will overheat.

Talking of overheating - she presented nicely 6820

I don't know her name, but I just watched the video again. Are there any safety rules she DIDN"T break? Talk about the guardian angel working OT.

Well, she broke just about every rule in the book. There are too many to enumerate. I cannot see any machine shop in the land employing her, except perhaps as an office girl. She is a danger to herself and others in the workshop.

The thought never occurred to me that you could use a drill press to drill a hole in the center of a shaft. Smiley-think005
