This is another project i dreamed up a few years ago and can't live without. I use it to drill small holes like for setscrews and special projects. I don't want to take the part from the lathe and try to hold it in a drillpress while i try to line it back up to drill then put it back into the lathe only to not get it lined up. Some parts i make are almost impossible to hold in the drill press so its easier to do the whole process in the lathe.
Its basically a block of steel with a drill arbor mounted on the lathes centerline and used with a hand drill. Now it can turn for angles and combined with a degree wheel mounted on the spindle hole patterns can be had real easy and the part never left the lathe. Enjoy...Bob
