OK. got it. Don't order it in the dead of winter. I think I'm safe with this batch.

Here's mine. Genuine 3M 60 grit belts for $6.27 and four 123 blocks for $5.98 each, shipped. You can't buy the steel for that

I keep threatening myself to check mine, but then I think maybe I don't want to know. (Ignorance is bliss they say.)
I doubt I'm ever going to spend the money for several sets of precise matched sets of blocks. I don't even have a set of gauge blocks. Blush

Like Tom said, you can't even buy the raw stock to make your own for the cost of what those blocks sell for. Assuming you have a surface grinder at your disposal.

so the 2 sets I have, one of them can be fractional and the other set can be metric, I'm excited at that thought

RE: Latest Delivery - awemawson - 04-03-2016

.... and indeed they can be both Metric and Imperial if the tolerances are a bit loose .... :)

You peaked my curiosity so I checked them and was pleasantly surprised. They were closer to 1"x2"x3" than I could measure with gauge blocks and a tenth reading indicator. Of course they were Chinese gauge blocks Slaphead

Anyway, they are good enough for my needs and certainly worth the $5.98 I paid for them.

Excellent. The Chinese can make good stuff, sadly much gets through that isn't up to snuff.
