a chuck refit - krv3000 - 09-08-2012 hi this was bin thrown out at work so i saved it its a burnerd chuck 3.1/2" od in all it was ok a part fron one folt the pics will explane a lot but the mane folt of the chuck was a broken tooth on jaw No2 ther is tow ways to reper this one is to mack a nwe tooth and silver solder it in or fit a pin i fited a pin i drilld a hole with a dimond bur then made a pin that was a tite fit and prest it in then cut it to lenth and it works ok right pics RE: a chuck refit - EdK - 09-08-2012 Wow! I wouldn't have bothered, you would need to have the jaws way beyond the OD of the chuck for that to come ito play, but that's just me. I may have time to pay some of the needed attention my stuff that needs attention but right now I have priorities and seem to get less done in the time I have than before I retired.
