$20 Miniature Belt Sander - EdK - 12-17-2019 Don't know if this is a scam but I was a bit surprised that they only want $20 for it. Belt Sander Ed [attachment=16429] RE: $20 Miniature Belt Sander - Dr Stan - 12-17-2019 Well I'm not sure one way or another. I would be concerned about the life span of the motor given its location and exposure to sanding/grinding debris. RE: $20 Miniature Belt Sander - Highpower - 12-17-2019 Awwww! You had my hopes up there for a second Ed. I saw "$20 Miniature Belt Sander" and was thinking it was one of the little hand held pneumatic belt sanders. RE: $20 Miniature Belt Sander - rleete - 12-18-2019 They suck. Plain and simple. I have a friend who bought one for the makerspace. Waste of money. No power to sand more than soft wood, unless you want to spend a silly amount of time to do anything. I believe you could stop them with a finger if you had hard callouses. RE: $20 Miniature Belt Sander - Vinny - 12-18-2019 Hate to burst any bubbles, but the package of belts is $20. The actual machine is $80. See where there's a box around "10 X MATCHING STRIP (330*30)", that's the belts. Now click the text below that, "POLISHING MACHINE". RE: $20 Miniature Belt Sander - Highpower - 12-18-2019 RE: $20 Miniature Belt Sander - haroldmulder - 12-19-2019 Tricky little B******s wonder how many people they'll pull in who expect to get the machine for 20$ Harold RE: $20 Miniature Belt Sander - Highpower - 12-19-2019 [attachment=16434] RE: $20 Miniature Belt Sander - Dr Stan - 12-19-2019 I remember those. RE: $20 Miniature Belt Sander - EdK - 12-19-2019 As do I. |
