Where to Buy Bearings? - Old Minger - 04-12-2018 Gents, I need a couple of quality bearings (6010 DU) for the milling machine. Any recommendations for suppliers in the USA. Ive looked at Macmaster but they are expensive! Thanks in advance John RE: Where to Buy Bearings? - TomG - 04-12-2018 The Big Bearing Store has a good selection. Tom RE: Where to Buy Bearings? - Old Minger - 04-12-2018 Thanks Tom So the 6010 DU bearings I need are for the front vari speed mechanism of the bridgeport. One for the spindle pulley and the other for the lower disc that mounts on the brake bearing cap. They had an NSK 6010 DU originally so do you think I need anything special as a replacement? or just a standard 6010 2RS? thanks John RE: Where to Buy Bearings? - TomG - 04-12-2018 John, In researching that bearing I came across a source for it for $18. It doesn't make sense to try and cross reference it for that. Greg RE: Where to Buy Bearings? - Old Minger - 04-13-2018 Looks like this supplier is UK based. Payment is in UK pounds and then there is the shipping costs using DHL. Prices are still competitive. |
