Anyone know what's inside a Stairmaster? - Roadracer_Al - 06-30-2017
Hey there folks --
My athletic club is getting rid of a pro-gym grade Stairmaster.
Anything worth salvaging inside one of those? I expect some shafts, perhaps, but I haven't a clue how the mechanism works.

If it's still about, which I think it isn't -- we had a clean-up day last week -- I may just do that.
