Craftsman sold to Stanley - Dr Stan - 01-07-2017 Most have probably already heard about this. I just hope Craftsman is restored to its previous status. http://www.reuters.com/article/us-sears-divestiture-stanley-black-idUSKBN14P1FI The local Sears closed well over a year ago and one of the two Kmarts began its liquidation sale yesterday. I will not be looking at Craftsman tools, but for store fixtures to use as storage in the shop. RE: Craftsman sold to Stanley - arvidj - 01-07-2017 It sounds like it is the lawn and garden an snowblower, not the hand tool or power tools. Therefore I do not anticipate the line of tools hand returning to their former quality. |
