CCMT Tool Holder - EdK - 05-02-2015 Does anyone know of a source for a CCMT tool holder that can make use of the 100 degree corners for 32.XX sized inserts? I have one for the smaller 21.XX inserts but haven't found one for the larger inserts. Ed RE: CCMT Tool Holder - Mayhem - 05-02-2015 Have a look at the ToolMex web site. Ed RE: CCMT Tool Holder - PixMan - 05-03-2015 I've checked with Mitsubishi, NTK and Kyocera, nothing. I'm not saying someone doesn't have it, but if those three who specialize in small screw-down insert holders don't have it, you aren't going to have an easy time of it. What's the maker and designation of the one you do have? RE: CCMT Tool Holder - EdK - 05-03-2015 Thanks for checking Ken. The one I have is a Micro 100. They only make them for the smaller insert size though. Ed RE: CCMT Tool Holder - Mayhem - 05-03-2015 You've got a mill Ed... I did check the Toolmex site and they do them for negative inserts only. I knew I had seen them there. RE: CCMT Tool Holder - EdK - 05-03-2015 (05-03-2015, 10:43 AM)Mayhem Wrote: You've got a mill Ed... Not yet. Ed RE: CCMT Tool Holder - Mayhem - 05-03-2015 1/2 a mill??? RE: CCMT Tool Holder - Highpower - 05-03-2015 SECO has one, but I didn't bother to register just to find out how much they cost. https://www.store.secotools.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CatalogSearchResultView?storeId=10205&langId=-1&catalogId=10056&pageSize=10&beginIndex=0&sType=SimpleSearch&coSearchSkuEnabled=true&field2=0&fieldOperator2=GREATER_EQUAL&searchTerm=13316 RE: CCMT Tool Holder - the penguin - 07-07-2015 (05-03-2015, 08:11 PM)Highpower Wrote: SECO has one, but I didn't bother to register just to find out how much they cost. $96 |
