RE: Tool Log - Database - EdK - 11-27-2013

Just an FYI, but I've never had any trouble running this on my 64 bit computers so I don't know what Tom's problem was/is. 17428

Tony - I got someone to look at the code and ensure that it would run on both 64 and 32 bit systems. I'm also going to update the manual, as there were a couple of typos.

I'll also upload a version of the back end in which all the data tables are blank. This way, you will have the option of keeping the current categories and sub-categories or having a clean slate on which to build your own.

RE: Tool Log - Database - Tony Wells - 11-27-2013

That would be great. Just let me know when it's available and I'll get a fresh copy.
Many thanks!

I have just edited the post in the files section, where the current version of both the database and the user manual can be found. Please let me know if you find any typos or other errors in the manual. Unfortunately, I can only test and work in Microsoft Access in a Windows environment, so if you are using another program or OS, I'm not going to be able to offer much assistance.

Does this help at all?

Some minor changes have been made to the database and are reflected in the revised manual, both of which can be accessed HERE
