RE: Belt Grinder - EdK - 07-16-2015 I don't believe you Dave. Where's the pictures? Ed RE: Belt Grinder - DaveH - 07-17-2015 There's not much to see, some pieces of (scrap) steel with lots of grinding marks. I was just trying to get use to using it, see how it feels and what the different grades do. Nevertheless I'll find a couple of pieces and take a pic or two DaveH RE: Belt Grinder - aRM - 08-06-2015 (07-17-2015, 01:49 PM)DaveH Wrote: There's not much to see, some pieces of (scrap) steel with lots of grinding marks. Try them NORTON BLAZE's, they're the best in the business, not cheap here though PFERD also has some very good CERAMIC Belts, give them a run. If U can get discounted 3M one's then U are in the money. Happy for U and happy grinding like we say aRM RE: Belt Grinder - DaveH - 08-06-2015 Hi aRM, I don't think I will make any knives, doesn't really appeal to me. It does have a VFD, helps a lot. I have some Norton, Pferd, Klingspor, Rebuff and a couple of "fancy" 3M's Trizact. I'm still playing around . As time goes on I'm sure I will find a preferred manufacturer. DaveH |
